Shipping Policy

At Colbry G Custom, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, your order will be prepared for delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, promotions or supplier delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability. Major city deliveries may arrive faster, while outlying or remote areas may take longer.

  • Major areas: approximately 2 to 5 business days
  • Regional areas: approximately 3 to 7 business days
  • Remote areas: approximately 5 to 10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees may vary depending on the size, weight and delivery destination of your order. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure that your name, contact number, email address and delivery address are entered correctly. Colbry G Custom cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the item, packaging and order details may be required before a return or replacement can be approved.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and returned in a resellable condition. Returns may not be accepted if the item has been used, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without approval.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been inspected. Courier fees may be deducted where applicable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
